AMR US INC is looking for a driven and experienced Area Manager to lead our commercial cleaning operations in Rockville, MD. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day commercial cleaning operations across multiple client sites within the assigned area
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise janitorial and cleaning staff to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to maintain service standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Enforce compliance with safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Identify opportunities for account growth and support business development efforts
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial janitorial services, specifically managing commercial cleaning accounts.(required)
- Minimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience. (required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage, motivate, and develop cleaning teams.
- Experience training employees, implementing cleaning procedures, and maintaining quality control standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly when communicating professionally with facility managers, clients, and internal leadership.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to oversee multiple commercial accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Hospitality cleaning experience is a plus!

Salary Range:
$60,000–$80,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
